Rental Eligibility

• All renters must be at least 21 years of age. Renters under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
• A valid driver’s license and government-issued ID are required at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, Cash payments or online payment systems.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount

Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must only be used for lawful purposes. Any illegal activity or reckless driving is prohibited.
• Renters are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was rented.

Extensions and Late Returns

• Late returns without prior notice will incur additional charges at a rate specified in the rental agreement.
